Inspections and On-Site Services

Our trained and certified consultants can conduct inspections & visits to the Client’s office, shop, yard or projects site. These visits will focus on physical conditions and program conformity. Providence will provide the Client with a documented report that includes rectified issues, or recommendations for corrections/improvements. Reports will be provided to clients immediately upon completion.

Additional on-location services can include:

• Orientations and Safety meetings for workers, management, supervisors and subcontractors. 
• Liaison with Inspectors/officers from the MOL, TSSA, ESA, Trade unions and other regularity bodies
• Assistance with Joint Health and Safety Committee & Worker Trades Committee requirements
• Enforcement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Staff training as required by the Occupational Health & Safety Act and relevant Scope of Work.
• Review of corrective actions for violations (Progressive Discipline Policy)
• Incident Investigation support and liaison with governing authorities, emergency services, etc.
• Assistance to maintain/update the Site Safety Board
• Providing documented expert reports for verification of compliance with governing authorities
• Other specific services as requested by the Client
